I have just been eating the same things each week from the sample meal plan that I really like. So, I’ve been packing the salads like the shrimp orange mint salad and arugula, pear and pepper salad, etc. plus snacks she lists everyday in my lunch. I like them and have not been tired of them so far and it’s been over a month.

@Elizabethestess, I did uncover the 7 day meal plan. It’s really good! What did you do following the first week? Did you find another meal plan by Rachel or create your own?

Apparently, knee surgery recovery time is the perfect time in which to lose weight. For example, both of my in-laws lost a TON of weight simply by not eating much during their recovery time. Best of luck!

I am post-menopausal, too, and this is a great diet. I follow Rachel Fiske’s meal plan and try to work out 5 times a week doing HIIT at the gym and hiking on weekends or salsa dancing with friends or just about anything to keep from just sitting around.

Thank you so much for your reply and advice. I’m glad you are losing the inches and weight! That is what I’m hoping for. I am still doing the exercise and dieting, yet am going to recommit to not eating anything extra when I get home from work!

Completely understand, as I didn’t lose any weight after my first week and doing all of the eating and drinking water and drops etc. Yet, I feel so much better and am loving Rachel Fiske’s weekly meal plan because most of it tastes really good and is all planned out with portions and types of food we are supposed to have on this diet, etc. She…[Read more]

I am loving the week-long menu plan by nutritionist Rachel Fisk for PS1000. Especially the pear almond salad with Serrano pepper is amazing.
