Hi! I’m planning to start on this journey soon. I just need discipline and know I need a menu to keep me on the right track. I downloaded the Phase II menu from Jessica Romeo, but can’t seem to find a download for Phase I. Any ideas?

I wanted to try PIYO, but I am passed 70 and don’t know if my 40 pound overweight body can handle the moves. Suggestions?
