  • No they are also allowed same serving sizes, I just don’t think they were listed due to the fact that they are less commonly used. I can add that to the new approved list.

    Almond Butter is ok, I would stick to 2 tbsp or less as the fat content is high and counts as a fat serving. 2 tbsp is the equivalent of the 24 almonds (1 oz serving).

    Great for veggies/fruits.

  • The teas are great for helping you A) be more energized in the day and B) relax in the evening. The probiotics are for helping in digestion. I use the probiotics personally and love them.

  • Stick to 1/2 cup serving just like beans. It is essentially the same nutrition as other bean sources.     It is ok. Stick to the kind with minimal ingredients such as Sabra plain hummus. A serving size is 2 tbsp and make sure to account for the 1/2 fat serving.
