Don’t weigh yourself every day. You’ll fluctuate. Wait to do it once a week and then you’ll see something for sure – be patient and know we all get frustrated. If you stick with it you’re guaranteed a better body!

Has anyone else found the second week to be difficult? I am feeling hungry now (unlike last week) so food seems to be on my mine all the time, which I don’t think is very good. Yikes! That’s how I’ve been taking the drops – first the one type and then the next type…both 15 minutes before a meal. I’m only on my second day so hopefully I haven’t done any damage! Hi Everyone! I just ordered the program, etc. yesterday and am anxious to get started. I too love all food, eat it for all occasions: sadness, happiness, boredom, depression, celebration…need I say anymore? Looking forward to a better way to think of food and a MUCH better body!
