I’m wondering what made you choose this diet over all the other ones out there. I want more info before I start. Any Information about this diet would help tremendously-

I just found this diet, Haven’t ordered as of yet because I’m not sure how it all works. I really only have to lose about 10-15 lbs exercise 5 days a week with weights and cardio.
