@troylg Welcome to your future - This program was the only one that ever took me to my goal. I stayed there almost 2 years and now need to loose 10 pounds so I just ordered my drops yesterday. I know it is hard to give up certain foods but know the reward is well worth it - Good Luck with your journey to better health!
@admin Hello Admin. I have been inactive for quite some time.....but really want to give PS1000 another shot. I have tried to get into the members store but can't seem to access it. How do I buy more product?
@jessicaromeo Hi Jessica, how about acorn squash for phase 1 please? I saw that you said no for butternut squash. Thx.
@april64 Hey April! i wish you much success on your journey!
@elaine so happy to meet all of you
@jennmcgregor Hi JenniferI started my program 5 days ago. However, I waited till I had all my drops, book etc. It is very important for you to read the book before you plan your meals. Hope this helps

@april64 Hi April, do you know how to add freinds from the site? please let me know thanks rosa
@rlandolfi 15#.....Im working on 20#;) According to USPS I should get my starter packet today. I am so ready to start eating healthy and lose those extra pounds. I think my main worry is actually cooking those meals. Ive gotten into the bad habit of just opening the frig and grabbing what ever is handy and easy. Which usually means something processed and full of calories. I used to cook all the time...raising 5 kids but my life has changed considerably. Single empty nester with my last child away at college. Cooking for one isnt much fun but Im determined to make those changes for a better me!!!! Have a super day Ralph;) Gayle
