Well Its been almost a week and I am down 9 lbs. Thinking it is just my body detoxing and getting rid of the bloating. My Biggest hindrance seems to be figuring out what to eat that isn’t the same old thing as yesterday lol. I am finding my stomach shrinking and I have the detoxing headache. Other than that it seems to be going pretty well.
