Ak-Mak is the brand, you can get them in any store and they are on the PS1000 approved list for breadstick or crackers. Trader Joes has the best price. I believe they are whole wheat so people with gluten issues need to read the product details… I’m out now or would give more box information. Very plain like Wasa Crackers.

I also love avocado on Ak-Mak cracker with a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper. But that means I can’t have any other fat for the day, because it’s all used up with the avocado.
