HI Garrett. Great job! I take my dinner with me to family gatherings. Everyone is so supportive I find it even gives me a boost of confidence to keep going. Phase 1 for me ends 12/23… We will be heading trough the holidays together. This time next year will be a completely different story. One holiday season eating healthy will pay off in the long run. If you have to eat out research the menu and plan ahead. It is still really difficult so I recommend if you can avoid it, do. Keep up the great work

Evelina. Just getting started myself. I am so impressed by your progress. How are you today. I have been on a weightloss journey most of my life unfortunately. But I have found smaller goals towards the ultimate goal gives you the mini success needed to propel your further. I’m just on day three of Phase 1 and I have 77lbs to lose in total. Mini goal of ten lbs at a time. Congrats on your success.. Thank you for the motivation

Thank you! Day one is over. I managed to drink all that water. :). It wasn’t bad at all. I am lucky my job keeps me really busy. I have a hard time even getting a minute to eat. I think the key is going to be planning ahead of time.
HI Jessica, Just getting started myself and have the same allergy to almonds and , unfortunately avocado. Pistachios work for me. How about sunflower seeds in phase 1
