  • Thanks Evelina! Greek yogurt is going to be harder to eat without honey but I’ll give it a shot. Also, I’m 5 days in and lost 6 pounds (and that was with honey and store bought hummus). Can’t wait to see the results when I cut those out 🙂

  • On day 3 and have a few questions. On phase 1, are the following foods ok? Additionally does anyone have a phase 1 recipe for a dressing for salad? I’m not picky but just need something so not eating dry lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

    Honey
    Hummus
    Natural peanut butter
    Mustard

  • @kdavis033 Kelly, it took me about 6 months to lose 45 lbs. It is much more healthy and easier long term maintenance to lose 2-3lbs per week. This would probably be more realistic expectations. This is an exceptional program with great support group. I think you will be much more happy with these goals. Welcome to the group.

  • Thank you! I got my booklet today and was excited to start but headed to my husbands parents house in Ohio on Wednesday which is essentially the same as eating out the entire time I’m there.
