Just be sure to watch salt content, sugar content, and other ingredients. Make sure they are on the approved food list. If your not personality buying/ cooking you don’t truly know what’s going into your body.

My biggest advice would be to meal prep and or plan out your week to make it less intimidating.

Have you tried kombucha? There are some brands with little to no sugar and lots of benefits. But if your looking for a snack definitely check the sugar content.

I typically eat my fruits earlier in the day verses later but that’s just me. I have switched things up and stayed within the limits.

I struggled with this a few times untill I decided to take progress pictures to try to make myself think about weather binging would be worth it. I found different approved sweets if I was feeling something sweet or I would have several meals preped in the freezer to help me make better choices.

In the book it says 800-1000 calories. Personally I try 900, I feel very hungry on 800 but then on 1000 calorie days I don’t lose as much weight. 900 is my happy place but if I need to get to my minimum calories I usually add a veggie. I would assume that is okay, I take one with collagen in it, collagen is really good for you and other protein shakes have vitamins and minerals added so it’s potentially the same thing as collagen.

I find myself finding something I like and then peeping it for the week for lunches. I love chicken so a lot of my meals are chicken with veggies or salads (although I tend to stay away from salads because of dressing I haven’t found a good low calorie one I like.)

My biggest trouble was making things when i got hungry or it was time to eat I would go to an easy unhealthy option. I meal prep and it makes it so easy! I successfully completed week one for phase one. I’m very excited about the refults I got this week. I lost 8 pounds and over 10 inches. I have just been doing 20-30 minutes hit workouts a few times a week and lifting at the gym 2 times a week and adjusting my calories accordingly. For the last 4 months I have been exercising 5-6 times a week and eating okay. I lost 20 pounds but I still have about 50 more to lose so I decided to go with ps1000 to help me after seeing my moms amazing results!
