Hi, I just joined and I am a bit overwhelmed at all that cooking that needs to be done. I don’t have a lot of extra time for food prep and cooking. I just joined and I am very intimidated by the grocery lists and recipes. I haven’t received my packet yet, but would love to be able to look at an approved food list! Already feeling like a failure based on what I see online. I don’t have much time to cook!!

Hi all! I just ordered and was very excited to get started, but when I saw the menu, I am now very intimidated. How hard is it to follow those recipes? Lots of ingredients!! I am not fond of cooking. Help!!!
