Awesome results Jeremy!! You are right, it is hard, but I think the key is to plan your food for the week. On Sunday I went to the store and purchased everything and then put together what I could in containers for each day. If I hadn’t done this it would be very stressful.

Yay day 1 complete and weigh in this morning was awesome. Down 2 lbs!! I struggled with a headache all day, but thankfully today it is gone. I’m sure it was a combination of stress and caffeine withdrawal. I didn’t have cravings and actually felt full all day. And better yet my digestive system is still in tact LOL.

Hope everyone was able to start this morning. I did my weigh in 🙁 and started my vitamins. So far so good. But I will admit that I’m nervous. I’m afraid my digestive system isn’t going to like the change.
