Well, just about the time I find a better option that has a recipe clipper that actually works with this site (Big Oven) you all go and change the format of the recipes so that now I can’t clip my recipes there either!!! GRRRRR… This is SO frustrating. It’s almost like you are trying to make this difficult for me! UGH

I stay so very busy that I have had to work on getting ready for this diet a little at a time whenever I have a spare moment here and there. When I say busy, I mean mom to a 2 yr. old, working full time with 2 part time/spare time side jobs and a husband whose day job coupled with his “Mr. Fix-It” job at home is even busier than I am!

I’ve been looking at B complex vitamins to purchase, but most of them contain quite different ingredients. I’m looking for one without vitamin C (I have to limit my intake due to a history of kidney stones) which is hard enough to find, but the few I have found have vastly different ingredients. Which vitamins are “must haves” in a B-complex?

Also, every time I click on the news icon (which has 21 circled in red … I assume that’s 21 new notifications/posts/etc.) I get a 404 error on this site.

I like using Fitness Pal and Gathered Table to clip recipes, plan meals and create menu plans and shopping lists, track calories, water intake, exercise, etc. However, the formatting of your site’s recipes is not very friendly to either of these websites. I am trying to set up My Fitness Pal to use with my plan to keep my blog, food diary, measurements, etc.
It allows you to track more than just your calories – I can also set percentages (or grams) of carbs, fat, and protein. I’ve seen those percentages in the book for Phase 2, but does anyone have info on those percentages for phase 1?
