When you cook meats they loose some of their weight through juices etc. so before you cook it it will weight more 5 Oz. So your target is 4oz of cooked meat. Does that make sense?

I would wait until you are done breastfeeding to take the drops! Just out of precaution I would err on that side 🙂 You can still start the program though, and see how you feel!

I agree with T Love, switch it up a bit so that you see some changes. It is normal to slow down a bit in the middle, and anything like 1/2 lb. to a pound is great progress from here on out..

Best of luck! Utilize those support groups and ask questions here! It is the quickest way to get confusion cleared up if you have any! Read the booklet all of the way through- and drink a ton of water!! Enjoy the process, stay consistent..

Unfortunately, there are no good subs for almonds in phase 1. Most other nuts have too high of fat- such as cashews, pistachios, pecans, walnuts, and peanuts. I am allergic too, and just keep them out for good.

Consistency is key! Keep going… you will see results. Water is key, and follow the approved foods list.

There is an approved foods list in the booklet, and a few sample menu plans. They are small. If you want more recipes and menus (this website it the key). In the member store there are a dew 7-day menu plans for download to get you started. Otherwise, the support groups will really help you- just ask and people submit their ideas too!
