@Littlebit Donnalee. As Jessica said they make a great substitute for pasta. Just be sure to not over cook them.

Hello, my question is: according to booklet
We are to stay away from using coconut oil for cooking
Noticed some receipes in stage 1 speak of using coconut oil.
Just starting and want to do this correctly. -

Hello Everyone,
I have only recently started PS1000, but excited!
My name is DonnaLee, married.
If I may ,I do have a question: according to the booklet we should stay away from
coconut oil yet some of the receipes here mention using coconut oil.
I am in Phase 1 and was looking for receipes.
