raw cacao bits – instead of dark chocolate – would this be acceptable for phase 1?
some frozen fruits – (grapes,blueberries etc) taste like candy – again for phase 1

I using black bean noodles (instead of black beans)- value is in high protein, organic, high fibre, and shirataki noodles, water and glucomannan, when I feel very hungry as those are 0 calories. Black bean noodles are from Explore-Asian. Shirataki noodles, any with pure content.Hope that this could be used for phase 1?
