Hello! Anybody from PS1000 out there? Lol! I’m on day 14 of my first crack at Phase 1. I’ve emailed with concerns that your recipes website won’t work on any of my devices or 4 different browsers, and I’ve posted and emailed asking if water chestnuts are allowed on Phase 1. A week has passed since my first email and no response.

Are water chestnuts an approved food for Phase 1? There is a recipe containing water chestnuts tagged as Phase 1, 2, and 3 that I’ve actually already made, but thinking about it now… Based on everything I’ve read here and in the instruction booklet, it sounds like water chestnuts may be a no-no.
