I think you should also know that Excedrin contains caffeine so maybe you’re having withdrawal headaches. Try to see if they go away when you drink coffee, if you do, in the morning. If so, you can gradually wean yourself off of the caffeine.

Well its almost two weeks for me and I’ve been really good even though its exhausting constantly thinking about what I’m going to eat next. The first few days I seemed to drop a lot of water and felt great. Now, my scale stays at the same weight day after day:-(
