Im sorry its been a rough ride for you. I have ptsd and am concerned about reacting to the plan.
When you increased your caloric intake, did you add proteins or fats? I know fruit wasnt the best option…-

I am getting my book today i believe. So i dont know a lot of the details of the plan, but if fruit is allowed, did you eat it?
