Thank you for the replies. I did find that after about the first week the “crash” was less painful lol. I do still have a few afternoons where all I want to do is take a nap so I will give the double dose of B complex a try on those days.

So today is Day 3 for me.
I got up and weighed and found that I was down 2 pounds. I am also noticing a couple of things: I am not as bloated feeling as I was before I started and I seem to crash hard at about 3pm daily. Am I normal?? lol
Is it ok to take the energy drops (yellow bottle) twice a day? -

Hi Kait, we do protein shakes. They are quick and easy. My husband is up and out the door by 5am. I am not about to get up at 4 to make him an egg breakfast. We were supposed to start a couple of weeks ago but both my husband and I ended up with the flu, so now that we are both healthy again, we are starting tomorrow. Does anyone else have issues with meal planning ideas?

Everyone is so friendly and full of great information, tricks, how-to’s, etc. Also, if you FB, join their group there as they post a lot of great recipes there too 🙂
