@PhlufyChikk, I have to admit, I ate cod for the 1st time last week and thought it was horrible too! Wish I hadn’t bought so much!

thank you all for those words. Rochelle that is go to know as far as the bad food not being appetizing or fulfilling. I have been eating “clean” in preps for this plan. I failed myself today. I have been waiting for what seem like forever for my drops. They finally came and I got scared that I would mess up so I went to burger king.
