I just received my package last night. I will grocery shop tonight for all the required food and begin this Saturday. I am most worried about giving up chocolate and diet coke. I am hoping to lose 30 pounds, 40 would be great, but I will settle for 30. I look forward to getting to know all of you with weight loss goals too.
