I’m praying this works. The toto dieting is horrible. And depressing. Yet my quest for yet another program exhibits my determination to be successful. As I say, I pray this is the program. Phase 1 Day 4.

I know I read somewhere to put ten drops under your tongue but I just looked at the bottle and it says to use 15 drops. Which is it? Thanks 🌹

This is just what I would suggest but I’m no expert. And since no one else is responding: The vitamins can keep you awake at night so I would take the in the morning.
