You are on the best diet for a life style change. Take it a day at a time but plan ahead and do your prep work for the week or at least a few days at a time. Always take allowable food or snacks when you go anywhere. I use almonds and fruit for my snacks. It will get easier once you get through your first week. Ellie

I have been saving a fruit or sometimes having a third fruit (apple) about that time of day. Some days it is a few almonds and I haven’t been having any problems from it when I don’t go to bed until about 11 pm.

I am on day 6 of my second time doing the phase 1, I have found out saving my apple till evening has helped me with my sugar crave and snack crave in the evening. I cut in in slices and enjoy it when I am watching tv and it seems to be working for me. If it has been a long time over 2 hours since you ate and you get this craving you may have low…[Read more]

Hi – I am starting today and am 69 – I lost my weight over two years ago, about 62 pounds I maintained for 1 and a half years but went though so many issues with family and health I gained about 12 pounds over my goal. Starting today I am committing to doing the 21 days and see where I am. I know once I clean the sugars and bad carbs out of my…[Read more]

This is the last diet I will ever be on – it is a lifestyle change and because you find it really works you don’t want to ever go back. I always try to remember that I ate what I wanted and see where it got me – overweight, unhealthy, unhappy etc. I will always fight and work hard to never go back. I have been keeping it off a year and a half…[Read more]

Stick to a garden salad with grilled chicken, without cheese and croutons and use lemon for your dressing. If possible order a side of steamed veggies with out the butter.

This program worked well for me the first time I tried it. I lost 32 pounds on the program. I have kept that off for over a year but wanted to drop an additional 5 and did but in phase 3 is where I struggle. I have been over weight most of my life and had already lost 50 pounds before going on this program. I need to drop 5 now but can’t seem…[Read more]
