@admin I have been overwhelmed with life lately. I have been house sitting at my Mother-in-laws while she is out of town. My husband has been staying in our small RV at home while he has been redoing our hardwood floors and trims. I have the dog with me . Her liver disease has moved to the beginning of advanced stage. I haven’t been able to get down to see my 95 year old mom for a while but do talk to her on the phone every few days. Yesterday I washed 2 cars, vacuumed the garage on my knees, did some yard trimming too. I was having a lot of car problems and last weekend got a newer car so I have to make payments and finding ways to cut back. I got a 2015 Nissan Juke and I named her JOY – I need a little joy in my life. It is a downsize in what I can pack into it but I am positive. Last year I downsized my body and this year my car and next will be to downsize what we have in our house. I don’t need so much stuff – We have no kids to leave it to. I brought my own food with me and am still learning to have self control on what and how much I eat. I am not perfect in my choices but I have been learning to stay under my goal. I will be Graduating June 4th as a KOP in TOPS (Take Pounds Off Sensibility). I have kept my goal for over a year now. I would like to be a few pounds less than I am but for the most part I am happy with my size. I haven’t been able to get to the gym for almost a month but I did bring my rebounder, bands and 3 pound weights with me. I do half to give up my Physical Therapy for my shoulder. I do feel better and can keep doing my PT exercises. I can only get down to pain level of 3 but can’t afford to continue the PT or see a Specialist. Most days I can push through and do most things. I guess at 68 I shouldn’t be trying to do everything anyway. Also, while house sitting I have been using the Sewing Machine I got for Christmas. I have been taking in some clothes. I made over a dress I did not want to give up as well as other clothing items. It is amazing to take 4 – 6 inches off of clothing to make them fit.
