I asked this question of the nutritionist, and the answer is to increase a bit. Sounds like the consecutive piece isn’t a strict rule.

Thank you! I m confused by the exercise rule in the book, as it sounds like you only add in calories if the exercise s for a consecutive 60 minutes. I do 30 in the morning and 30 late afternoon. Should I add more calories?

I’ve been taking them when I get up, then before lunch, and last time is before dinner. It says to make them evenly spaced, so I go for ever 6 hours.

According to the book, exercise only counts (for extra calories) if it is done for 60 consecutive minutes, correct? I do 20-30 in the morning and 45 or more after work. My weight loss has stalled and I’m wondering if I need the extra calories, but this rule is holding me back. Thoughts?

Mine was a week 3 slowdown. Gained a couple, then ended the week back where I started. Hoping this week will prove to be a loser!

I am, I’m just nervous about the losses continuing.I’ve read so much about low calorie diets damaging metabolism and at 48 I don’t need mine to slow down any more!

This is my first time on an ultra low calorie plan because I’ve always understood that when calories are too low our metabolisms slow down. This is probably part of what got me to 222# at 48 years old. I can’t afford for it to get any slower. LOL

finishing week two down 8 until today. Up one!? No reason for that, as my foods and water have been perfect. I did add a little weight lifting, so I’m hoping that’s the culprit. I’m visiting my parents for the night, which will be a big food challenge, but after seeing that pound, there is no way I’ll mess up!
