I am on campus for quite a while and it’s hard to pack enough food for 6 hours, when there’s also not healthy options on campus besides things like Rx and Quest bars. Would it be the worst thing if I used these a couple times a week?

So I was wondering, rice is a no go? This seemed like a good place to ask!

I don’t know if this is the correct place to ask, but I’m just curious why I can only have one serving of beans a day?

I am mostly vegetarian. I use a wheelchair so I have GI problems, and I seem to get good results with dairy cultures (kefir mainly) and I do eat seafood that isn’t farmed.
