April, so sorry that I did not see this post until now. I order mine online from the East Coast. He packs them fresh, right off the boat. Dry packed, no preservatives. Bit pricey but so fresh and sweet they are worth it. Let me know if interested and will send the link to his site.

Searched but was unable to find this question asked. Are scallops allowed? I am able to get wild Canadian scallops so these are from pristine waters, not farmed.

Several folks have asked about squash. I love to spiralize zucchini and summer squash and roast in the oven with some olive oil, dash of sea salt and cumin. But then I seem to be addicted to roasted veggies :).

I absolutely love Ahi Tuna Poke with Avocado. My recipe calls for 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil. Is this approved, or could I use 1/2 teaspoons sesame and 1 teaspoon evoo?
