Good luck! Believe in yourself and you will succeed. I started 2 weeks ago and though it started slow for me, things are becoming easier and the weight is beginning to come off!!

I am ready to restart my weight loss.
Lost 100 pounds 2 years ago in order to have my knee replaced and have gained 30 of it back. I worked too hard to reach that goal and don’t want to gain it all back.
Looking forward to re-focusing on me!
