Thank you…I was wondering if that wasn’t the case. Makes sense – but in a hurry, I would prefer to grab a good shake vs skipping a meal or making poor choices. 😎

Costco sells a Jalapeño Greek yogurt dip. 2tbsp is 50 calories and 3.5g of fat. Great on a lettuce wrap with turkey or chicken.

I would suggest wild caught crab meat as well. One serving is 3oz or 1/3 cup and it has only 70 calories; (approx); 0.5g of fat and only 5 calories from fat; 0 Carbs and 17g of protein.
It is, of course, more expensive than turkey and chicken – but a nice alternative for once or twice a week and great on salads.

I have a question. If using a low glycemic protein powder with almond milk and raw fruits or vegetables – why is there a limit to only one protein shake per day in Phase 1?
