Received the drops and used it last night. In the morning I felt a little light headed and weak. Also I have BP and Diabetes and I do use medication. Before I use these drops should I talk to my physician or is it okay to use it. I am planning to visit my doc next week.

Just signed up for the plan and waiting for the drops. How do I use it? Did not read the manual yet but a quick 3 point summary would be helpful. Should I mix with water or milk? Basic questions..
