Hi Sabrina,

You don’t have to increase your calories for exercise that lasts less than 60 minutes. I started out doing 15 minutes and worked my way up to 30 minute interval training on the elliptical. I highly recommend you start slow and build up especially if you haven’t worked out in a while.

Hey Cory, I don’t think it matters what time you take it but I wouldn’t recommend taking anything that gives you energy too close to bedtime. I take mine in the morning with my first dose of metabolic burst and it works well for me.

Yep. The b-complex you take once a day. The metabolic burst 3 times a day .

Hi Annie, yes you can take both of them together. However, please keep in mind the b complex you need to keep under your tongue for 5 mins vs. the metabolic burst for 1 min. I take them at the same time and just keep both under my tongue for 5 minutes before swallowing.

Hi Sandy,

Coffee and tea are permissible on the plan. You can use almond or coconut milk as a creamer. You’re allowed one cup which would count toward your daily optional liquid serving. 1/2 cup of hemp milk is also permitted but I’ve never used it so don’t know how it tastes. I hope this helps!

Oh and I forgot to say the recipes online are absolutely fantastic! It’s amazing how healthy eating can taste so good! I’ve always loved to cook and am loving all the new tips and tricks I’m learning to keep the food tasting good without all the bad fat and calories. I highly recommend them!

There is a free downloadable menu plan on my.ps1000.com (member store) and there’s another you can buy for $7.95. Additionally, the book has 2 sample daily menus. Additionally members post recipes to the facebook support group. Once on the support group page, go to “files” and you’ll find recipes and other helpful info there.

You’ll do fine, seriously. Try out the menus on ps1000.com to keep things interesting. You’ll get the hang of things really quickly. When the weight starts coming off, you’ll be motivated to continue and you’ll get creative too! I’ve learned that when I ‘mess up’ (we all do), I just get right back on plan. 🙂

Hi there! I say…why wait? If you start now you’ll be that much further ahead. How about setting alarms on your phone to remind you to take your drops? If one of them falls at a mealtime, adjust it to 15 minutes before. I hope this helps!
