Hi Sue, I am right there with you!! What I found works for me is making a cup of the PM tea…or a herbal tea and add stevia as a sweetener. It has really helped to eliminate my cravings and satisfy my “sweet tooth.”

Sounds great! More people more motivation. I’m getting my food ready today for the week as my work week/days can be long. I just got back from a wedding so didn’t work in all the “good fats” 48 hrs before I start but I don’t want to put it off any longer.
