I am going into week 3 and have gained 4 lbs. I am not sure what to think about that?

Thank you all so much for your support!! I have started working out and I love the class that I am taking. I have been on the PS1000 for a week and have actually gained 5 pounds, so I am hoping this week I will start losing.

Hi everyone, I am new to PS1000 and to actually needing assistance to lose weight.
