Sounds good. I’m going to post a picture of my fridge when I get home. Lol.

Hi there. I think what I’m getting is that if a food is not listed in the book, it’s not recommended. I’m just starting out but I have read many times on here that if you stray from the list of phase 1 foods, you may risk not losing the weight you could.
