@jennmcgregor Hi JenniferI started my program 5 days ago. However, I waited till I had all my drops, book etc. It is very important for you to read the book before you plan your meals. Hope this helps
@cathieleighg @Cathie Gibson.... my response to Lisa H. was in support of her overall hunger since she is struggling with "going to bed hungry".... and to highlight the amount of food allowed each day regardless of which phase you're in. As for myself, I am currently in Phase II, and follow guidelines for that phase. I also work out daily and am allowed 1,250 calories daily. Hope your journey is working well for you!
