Welcome, Krystal! Today is my Day 8. It’s actually not been as difficult as I was afraid it would be. The support on here and Facebook is wonderful! I think my toughest time was and will be the weekends when I socialize a lot more. Good luck with the best decision in your life! =)

I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself! I just received my package today. I am going to start Day 1 on Monday. I’m going to take the weekend to mentally prepare, grocery shop, and “purge” all of the carbs/sugars/no-nos from my house. I’m super excited to start, however, I have a couple trips planned in March. Hey Todd! I too have done the HCG shots before and find myself doing the “yo-yo” thing as well. I found this program while “googling” for help with HCG. Deep down, I was not really liking the program and found it to be EXTREMELY difficult. I just ordered the PS1000 program and can’t wait to get started!
