    I have noticed I am clenching my teeth all day long and wondered if there is some stimulant in the drops. As a result I am sure to take my 3rd drops by 6 pm. I already have eanough trouble sleeping! I also take the vitamin b in the am as it stimulates as well. I skipped the b yesterday to see if I was less tense, but still same so will do daily. It could be just adapting to the program I hope and it will improve by week 2. Another thing I do at night which is when I do the most damage to my good days, is instead of snacking, I am making myself a cup of my favourite camomile citrus tea. It keeps me busy and helps with sleep. Maybe give that a try and will pass.
