Is there ay place that tells you how to use this site? I think I just replied to someone who knows not much more than me to find out what the little heart and numbers next to it on the recipes mean. Also what do the colored circles mean on the recipes? How do you know who gets what and where do you find the reply’s back from your own replies? What are the attachments? and Tags? Thanks

At least you seem to have a handle on the forum thing. I have not started the program, although I have all the vitamins and booklet. I wanted to find some recipes and I found them but I can’t figure out what the little heart is with a number beside it, stands for. Also what do the different colored circles represent. I find items on the internet regarding this diet but can’t seem to figure out how to use them. If you or anyone else can at least help with the recipe confusion, I would appreciate the help.
