Wow, that’s so odd & serious. I do get hungry after 2. To help with that we have been having dinner earlier.

My husband & I are on the diet together, which makes it even sweeter. We are both fitting into clothes we haven’t been able to get in a long time. We go to the gym 6 days a week. We have completely changed our way of life. We feel much more energetic. We are totally loving it. Even our kids can’t believe the change, physically & mentally.
