Sorry for not replying sooner. I had a family medical issue that came up right after I started the program and it was sucking up a lot of my time! I ordered a vanilla powder on Amazon called MomFuel. Well I’m on day 1 and things are going pretty well. The drops to seem to curb appetite and that’s a big help. 1000 calories is really rough, but I’ll do the best I can. I tried one recipe and I wasn’t too impressed, but the protein shake I made was simple, delicious and very filling.

Hi Everyone,
I’m new and looking to order some protein powder. I found one that looks really good called Mom Fuel, but it has collagen in it. I wonder if that would be OK? Everything else is within the criteria.
