    Is sugar-free jello allowed during Phase 1?

    Hi Dewey,
    I don’t think sugar-free Jell-O is allowed because it has artificial sweetener in it. Check out these recipes that are allowed: https://recipes.ps1000.com/?category=29&sort=date_desc&content-search

    Sugar free jello is not allowed in Phase 1.

    Hi Dewey! I’m still going strong too. I found a few recipes I really like and that gives me some variety.
