Regina – I’ve had my drops for two weeks; but scared to start them. Guess I’m tired of failing on the other “diets”. But I taking the leap tomorrow; headed to grocery store tonight! DO you have any tips to survive the first week?

HI…I’ve had the drops in my purse for two weeks no! Guess you can say it’s taken me this long to get the mindset “I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS”. I have my grocery list and set to start tomorrow!
