Hi Amanda,
Just be sure that you are eating 1000 calories a day and that you have the correct amount of protein, veggies etc and it should be fine. I fine myself eating the same types of food now that I have been on the program awhile. You will find out what you like and what works best for you. Good Luck

I emailed them at community@ps1000.com and got a response that same day. I was having the same problems and they sent me directly to the page https://recipes.ps1000.com/ and the recipes loaded. I did have to open a recipe and click on the blue link above the ingredients because if I tried to search for a particular food it wouldn’t load. I just played around with it until it worked for me. Hope this helps.
