AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Hi Millie and welcome to the site. I would probably wait myself until I was home to start the plan as it takes preparation to get started. I would go ahead and read the book and highlight the important things. It is wise to do preparation for the week ahead (meal planning, grocery shopping and preparation of items to heat and eat during the week). I read that from others and thought I was no one to do planning and it was a nightmare that first few days. I decided to plan from there on out. The book needs to become your food bible. April 29, 2017 at 5:41 pm #15765This is a great place to get motivated. I read this page every day. I started last week. I am concentrating on taking the drops at specific times per day. Not so good at giving up things cold turkey. Eventually it will all click. Each day all of you remind me this is a one day at a time change. That has really helped me to stop looking at the scale too much. So many other things are getting better each day. Small changes will turn in to big successes. Thank you for all your support.
