I am 73 and I AM So excited, as I MADE MY GOAL of 130 this morning 🙂 ….I lost 26 lbs.! I started June 15, 2017, and had a few plateaus along the way but just kept focused and 100% on program! 3 weeks ago I stopped taking the drops as I had gotten sick with some weird infection, and put on Penicillin for 10 days. I had planned to begin the drops again, but I just continued to lose although I had decided to eat Phase 2 Foods, then tried Phase 3. My metabolism must be working, THANKS to the drops and dedication to eat only foods on Phase 1. I will continue to chart all my meals every day and weigh every morning. And I will stay focused, as I never want to lose control ever again! I feel wonderful. Love swimming and walking !
I’ve weighed 215 lbs. several times in my life, but after losing 87 lbs. with a healthy eating program back in 2005, I have yo-yoed 25-30 lbs , AND I know that is Not Healthy for me, So Thank You PS 1000 and all of you supporters for helping me. I can always fall back on using the drops again whenever i notice my metabolism is out of sync!

Laura, I know you will love this program once you get started! Be sure and TRACK everything and follow the guide completely, and YOU Will get results….;-) I lost on my 48 hr. “adjusting” days but then not much that first week with the drops, stuck with it 100%….BUT then I did notice my clothes fitting better, and now in my 4th week, I have gone from 156 to 145. i have 15 lbs. more to lose before I start Phase 2. it’s slower than my younger years,( I’m 73 now) but I Feel GREAT! and will continue through my journey with ones like you! Determined to live healthy in a sensible way. Keep us posted and Ask questions whenever you you need help. Everyone seems more than happy to respond, and this alone is gratifying.
July 12, 2017 at 7:29 pm #18131I had posted my choice of Vega Protein and Plant. I mistakenly told you I added Fage’ Greek yogurt to my shake…..but I Do not! I also said the Vanilla Vega had more calories than the Chocolate….BUT i was wrong . The Vanilla actually has 110 calories NOT 140 like I thought. Big Difference ! And IT is SO Good! I even make the “pancake” recipe with it I found on our PS 1000 Recipes I LOVE them…yum!

June 28, 2017 at 10:39 pm #17750This is only my 2nd week. I finally found one that I like….it is Vega Protein and greens, Chocolate. I got it at Walmart. The Vanilla had 140 cals. The Chocolate, 120 cals. it fits all the guidelines and i find it quite tasty. i do use my Bullet to mix it, and add TB Greek yogurt and 3/4 c unsweetened Almond milk and fruit sometimes. I had tried one earlier that was entirely TOO SWEET . Both use Stevia as sweetener, but the Vega is not as sweet
