Wow. – that is awesome. I started on Saturday and I am down 5.5 which is amazing to me. I have always had so much trouble losing weight so the loss has been very motivational. Let’s stick with it!!

Is balsamic vinegar ok? I saw that vinegar is but didn’t know about balsamic.

I can totally relate to what you are saying. I did ideal protein but gained it all back. WW njust didn’t work for me – couldn’t lose weight on it. Starting this to,or row and I’m really nervous it won’t work. Will take it one step at a time.

I am getting ready to start my program tomorrow and am feeling a little nervous. I’m 64 and have had a lot of trouble losing weight on all other programs.
