Happy 4th everyone. Hope last week went well for everyone. I’m officially down 5.7 lbs which is good since I had a set back on Friday. BEWARE of your water intake. I was doing what was recommended (1/2 your weight in oz) and on Friday I’m fairly certain that I had water intoxication. I was dizzy and literally felt like I was drunk. At first I thought it might be that my sugar was low (and no I’m not diabetic), so I got a glass of orange juice and a protein bar. This didn’t help. Thankfully I was with my oldest son and he asked me how much water I’ve been drinking and he is the one that thought I had water intoxication. So, I stopped drinking for a few hours and felt a little bit better. As the day went on I continually started feeling better but wasn’t back to normal until the next day.

On Sunday I went to the store and purchased everything and then put together what I could in containers for each day. If I hadn’t done this it would be very stressful.
After 2 days I’m down 4.1 lbs. And I feel good. This definitely helps to stay with it.
Hang in there!!June 27, 2017 at 1:12 pm #17714Yay day 1 complete and weigh in this morning was awesome. Down 2 lbs!! I struggled with a headache all day, but thankfully today it is gone. I’m sure it was a combination of stress and caffeine withdrawal. I didn’t have cravings and actually felt full all day. And better yet my digestive system is still in tact LOL.

I did my weigh in 🙁 and started my vitamins. So far so good. But I will admit that I’m nervous. I’m afraid my digestive system isn’t going to like the change.
