Jessica, I see a yummy looking Creamy Mocha-Banana Protein Shake [Phase 1] recipe but I didn’t think bananas are allowed in Phase 1. They are not on the fruit list in the book. That makes me leary that the recipes I pull up for Phase 1 are not necessarily compliant.

Hi there, I am from OHIO born and raised. I started program Monday. I have been successful with WW in the past but then stalled when I tried it over and over. Even before this plan I was using Chia seeds in my morning green protein drink. I had no idea they had calories but that’s good to know.
